  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Dual Sport Warehouse ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Dual Sport Warehouse is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    On International orders Customs will delay some shipments.  If your order is held in Customs it can add up to two weeks to your delivery time.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Dual Sport Warehouse reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Dual Sport Warehouse Return Procedure
    To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

    Credit and Returns Policy


    All returns must be in NEW CONDITION and within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. All components, instructions and accessories must be included. We have to be able to resell the item “as new” in order to issue a credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Dual Sport Warehouse inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

    Do not return items without notifying us first.
    Items returned without return authorization
    will be refused and returned at customer's expense.

    All returned merchandise must be in new condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returned item may be exchanged for store credit or for any other item available. We will not charge a fee for exchanges. You, the customer, will pay the shipping charges both ways and any difference in item price. We will process returns as soon as possible.

    NOTICE: Ask questions before you buy, do some research,
    and make an educated purchase. Once you purchase the product,
    it's yours.

    We offer returns on "new" products, not used and abused items. You must return the product in the original box/container. We issue credit to the original credit card used or by company check. Do not attempt to return used items, we don't want them back.

    Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. Dual Sport Warehouse inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.
